ID.E.I. S.A. is 100% subsidiary of listed in the Athens Stock Exchange IKTINOS HELLAS S.A.

It was founded in 2003 and was acquired from IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. in 2007. ID.E.I. S.A. has the operating from 2010 Wind Farm Megalovouni 22MW in prefecture of Drama, while through its subsidiary companies has the following:

WIND FARM «MEGALOVOUNI» 22MW

Located in Paranesti Prefecture of Drama. Includes 11 wtgs VESTAS V90-2MW with total power 22MW. The wind farm began its pilot operation in October 2010 and got its operating license in March 2011.

AIOLIKI SYNORA S.A. : WIND FARM “SYNORA” 8MW

Located in Paranesti Prefecture of Drama. It is adjacent to W/F Megalovouni at the southern tip of that ridge in place Synora. The under construction wind farm has an installation license and is at a mature stage construction. The design includes 4 wtgs VESTASV90-2MW, has taken connection terms at the owned substation 20/150kV and has been subjected to the development law 3299/2004. The interface will take place through the existing 20kV underground network, while the company has already signed the Sale Contract with the Manager.

AIOLIKH LYKOFOLIA S.A.: WIND FARM “LYKOFOLIA” 9MW

Located in Drama Prefecture of Drama. The W/F Lykofolia designed as an extension of W/Fs Megalovouni – Synora into southwest tip of that ridge in the position Lykofolia. The design includes 5 wtgs VESTAS V100-1.8MW has production license and non-binding connection offer. The W/F is designed to be connected to the proprietary substation 20/150kV and interface has been designed to be made of about 11km length 20kV aerial line.

AIOLIKI MEGA ISOMA S.A.: WIND FARM “MEGA ISOMA” 24MW

Located in Makrakomi and Domokos, Prefecture of Fthiotida. The W/F Mega Isoma is planned to be constructed in Makrakomi, position Mega Isoma. The design includes 12 wtgs VESTASV90-2MW. The planned W/F has a production license, binding Connection offer, approval of the Environmental Study and of the Road study. The W/F is about to connect to an new substation and interface has been designed to be made of about 14km length 20kV underground line.

AIOLIKI MAVROLITHARO S.A.: WIND FARM “MAVROLITHARO I” 18MW

Located in Deskati, Prefecture of Grevena. The wind farm Mavrolitharo I is expected to be constructed in the area of Grevena Deskati position Mavrolitharo – Koromilia. The design includes 9 wtgs GAMESA G90-2MW. The W/F is designed to be connected to the under construction substation Grevena II with 20kV underground line length of about 13,5km.The planned wind farm has Approval of the Environmental Study and is in process of Installation License.

AIOLIKI MAVROLITHARO S.A.: WIND FARM “MAVROLITHARO II” 10MW

Located in Elassona and Servion-Velventou, Prefectures of Larisa and Kozani. The wind farm Mavrolitharo II is expected to be constructed in the area of Elassona Larisa position Profitis Elias. The design includes 5wtgs GAMESA G90-2MW. The W/F is designed to be connected to the under construction substation Grevena II with 20kV underground line length of about 19km. The planned wind farm has a production license, non-binding Connection offer and is in process of the approval of the Environmental Study.
